My partner and I started looking for our first house last year and decided that we wanted to go for a new build. When we came across Boningale Homes we thought the houses looked amazing and enquired about a 2-bed semi-detached straight away. As soon as we went to see the show home on the development, and after speaking with both Andrea and Louise, we knew this was the place we wanted to move to.
The houses looked very high quality and the development is in a great area, surrounded by a lot of greenery. It was perfect for us because of how close the train station is for commuting to work and also all of the shops so close by. The whole process of buying our house has been great, with so much support from Andrea when it came to choosing the interior decor and even helping us with the solicitors, as it was our first time buying a house.
