Find the right way to buy
There are many ways to buy your new home. We can put you in touch with an independent financial advisor (IFA) to help you better understand the right way to buy.
Your IFA can recommend the right mortgage product for your situation, so you know just what you can afford. After you’ve reserved your home, they can help you make a formal mortgage application.
Make it yours
Once you’ve found your new home, make it yours by paying a reservation deposit to hold your property. We’ll make sure your home is then taken off the market.
Appoint a solicitor
We can recommend solicitors who are experienced in the process of buying a new home.
Once you have appointed your solicitor, we will share our conveyancing pack with them that has been prepared to ensure that the process runs smoothly from start to finish.
Exchange contracts
After reserving your new home, you’ll exchange contracts within 28 days. Upon exchange, you will be required to pay the remainder of your deposit and we can share the timeline for completion and your move-in date.
Your own style
You’ll have the opportunity to personalise your interiors further with our ‘your own style’ offering. You’ll be able to put your stamp on everything from the kitchens and bathrooms to the stairs, tiles and electrical fittings.
We offer a wide range of kitchen cabinets and appliances, as well as the option of quartz worktops and other small luxuries like wine fridges and electric garage doors.
You can also add high-tech features such as Nest, so that you can more efficiently manage your heating and hot water.
Welcome to your new home
Once your house has been finished, we will carry out a final inspection to ensure everything is working properly. Your solicitor will transfer the remaining monies and in exchange, you will receive the title deeds and the keys to your new home!

Once you have completed, we will be there to welcome you to your new home on your move-in day. Our commitment to excellence and customer care doesn’t stop there – once you’ve moved in, our aftercare service will be on hand to help fix any problems in the unlikely case that they arise.
