Boningale Homes was founded in 2012 by the late David Thompson, formerly CEO and Chairman of Marston’s Brewery. David was passionate about running businesses and had long wanted to start a housebuilding company having sat on the Board of a National Housebuilder for a number of years. David insisted on quality and character above all else, and we continue to develop the company in that vision. The company is now run by David’s wife, Marika, and his son, George, who heads up this ambitious and fast-growing business.

From airy flats to fully detached homes, each property has been designed by local Shropshire architects and built to NHBC standards with a 10-year warranty.
