We have just purchased our first home with Boningale Homes and we could not be happier!
The process of buying a house was very new to us and Andrea was very informative and guided us each step of the way. We had many visits to the Millfield’s site to see; the progress of the build, the show home and other properties similar to one we were buying. The most exciting part of our purchase was choosing the interior aspects of the house, from the kitchen and bathroom design, down to where we want plugs/radiators and ariel points. We were also attracted to a Boningale Homes purchase due to all appliances, carpet and flooring being included in the price of the house. Our home also came with bifold doors which we feel is a unique feature, something that gets complimented by our guests!
When we moved in we were pleased with the quality of the finish: our home has very high ceilings (for a new build) making our downstairs feel spacious, with high skirting boards throughout and an electric charger. Andrea was very helpful when sorting out the finishing touches for our home, for example, we asked for our outside tap to be moved this was no problem at all.
